Contractor plans carry no licence and no setup fee, run month-to-month, and every paid tier includes every platform feature — capacity is the only difference between them. Business & Groups and Corporate Group are billed on three lines: setup once-off, platform licence annually in advance, and subscription monthly or annually at a 10% discount on the subscription line. The first licence term runs 13 months so that licence and subscription renew together from month 14; the subscription itself begins on day 31 after cleared funds. The licence is edition-based and does not increase when you add a site, store or development. Annual escalation of CPI + 2%, capped at 8%, applies at each anniversary. 30-day free trial of Contractor Essential, no card required. Separately, you can invite a contractor to upload their compliance to your site through a free, secure link — no account needed, scoped to that site.
