What you will be looking at

A corporate client with three sites and a boiler house shutdown running on one of them, and three contractors on that job at very different stages of readiness. Everything below is already in there before you arrive:

• One contractor at 100% on their own requirements and 20% on the client’s project file — and the screen that explains why those two numbers are both correct.
• Another sitting at 91% because two approved documents expired underneath it. Nobody audited anything; the score moved on its own.
• A third invited two days ago, owing 22 items, with the list of exactly which ones.
• A hot work permit live right now, three days of daily logs, and a near miss in one of them.
• Two subcontractors nobody at the client invited, declared and visible anyway.
• An underwriter and an external auditor, each seeing a defined slice of the evidence rather than a proposal form.

The tour walks three routes through it — the contractor network, a project end to end, and head office down to a single machine — and you can leave the tour at any point and go looking for whatever you actually came to see.
